As part of its Renewed Action Plan for Arts, Culture and Creative Industries in Prince Edward Island, Innovation PEI is thrilled to administer an Arts Awards program that celebrates excellence and artistic merit across the province of PEI. The next edition of the PEI Arts Awards will take place in the fall of 2026.

2027 Applications are Now Open for HYPE– An Annual Marketing Assistance Grant Supporting the Next Generation of Performing Artists

HYPE is MPMG’s annual grant program to help support emerging Canadian artists in the presentation of a new work, across all performing artistic disciplines. This year, eligibility has expanded. Organizations that have been in operation for eight years or less at the time of application can apply to receive $12,000 in marketing and consulting services from MPMG to support a winter or spring presentation.

Free opportunity for teachers, schools and organizations to list available arts classes and training for children and youth – the Nuwelcom app now has a Kids Hub!

The Arts section is now available for arts teachers, schools and organizations that provide arts training for kids and youth on PEI to list their classes for free. All art forms, all ages, all locations. Tell all the budding artists (and their parents) what arts training you offer on the Nuwelcom Kids Hub. All you need is a free Nuwelcom account that you get when you download Nuwelcom for free wherever you get your apps.
