Creative PEI has hired two artists as Peer Support Workers. The goal of peer support is to create a safe space for creatives to gather to discuss the intricacies of working in the industry (i.e. burnout, creative blocks, instability of work, etc.) This program is currently in development and we would love to have community input. We will be hosting four open houses where artists and creative sector workers can meet our Peer Support Workers, inform the programming, and learn more about the Creative Well-Being Initiative.
