The Guild is now hiring for their new General Manager position

A key milestone in The Guild’s journey of growth and renewal is being announced: the recruitment of a General Manager. This appointment will replace the position of Executive Director and play a vital role in finalizing and implementing the new Strategic Plan, drafted under the leadership of Interim Executive Director Chloe Goodyear. This will ensure that The Guild can serve as an inspiring hub for creativity and community connection.

In development since 2015, CultureBrew.Art is a digital platform that promotes and fosters intersectional interculturalism by building connection, collaboration, and community in the Canadian arts and culture sector – and beyond! Its central tool is a searchable database of Indigenous and racialized artists who work in the performing and media arts.

Art in the Open 2025 is inviting Canadian artists to submit artistic proposals

Art in the Open is inviting local, regional and national artists to submit their artistic proposals for the annual summer festival. The festival will take place over multiple days in Summer 2025. We are looking for unique submissions that will transform downtown Charlottetown into a series of indoor and outdoor magical, memorable, creative spaces that will be shared by all members of the community.

African Market at Under the Spire looking for Vendors

Under the Spire is excited to help facilitate an evening of African culture and celebration this summer. On July 25th at 7:30PM, as part of our concert series, Under the Spire is hosting the Okavango African Orchestra. Preceding the concert, there will be an African Market taking place in our pavilion. Under the Spire is located at 1374 Hamilton Road, outside of Kensington. We hope to have a wide variety of vendors participate.
