Petapan: First Light Indigenous Arts Symposium invites emerging, mid-career, and established Indigenous Filmmakers within Atlantic Canada to apply to the film festival in conjunction with the Petapan symposium. We are proud to showcase short films up to 30 minutes created by Indigenous artists (including directors, producers, writers, and designers) at all levels of experience.

Preference will be given to those who plan to stay for the whole symposium.
