The BSO Career Accelerator program is a workforce development initiative designed to elevate Black professionals into mid-to senior-level decision-making roles within Canada’s screen industries. It is a 6-9 month program targeting mid-career Black employees within the screen industry, focusing on key corporate areas such as human resources, programming, acquisitions, finance, and more. Participants are Black professionals either already employed or newly hired into the organization.
