The successful candidate will be a visionary, collaborative, and skilled leader who will strategically guide the organization in achieving its mission. They will lead the cinema team, continue to enhance the range and quality of the programs, and build strong networks and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a relevant university or college degree and experience working with a volunteer team, public and private funders, as well as a Board of Directors.
