About Our Workspaces

We have 6 different spaces of various sizes and functionality which are bookable on an hourly, daily, or monthly basis.

We are happy to provide these spaces to PEI’s creative sector workers.

Our office is located on the 3rd floor of 85 Fitzroy Street in Charlottetown, PEI.

Board Room

Our boardroom has a board table and seats a maximum of 10 people.

Pricing:

• $25 for a 1 to 4 hour session
• $50 for a 4 to 8 hour session
• $75 for a 8 to 12 hour session

Uses of this space include:

• casual group meetings
• semi-formal board meetings
• conference calls
• podcast recording sessions
• photo and video shoots

Extras available to book:

• Flipchart stand, paper and markers
• TV cart which can display your laptop screen via Google Chromecast or HDMI cable
• Lighting for photography and video production
• 3 back drops of different solid colours
• Logitech “Blue” microphone for media creation

Meeting Room

Book our private Meeting Room – $25 per session.

• The room has a round table and seats a maximum of 6 people.
• There is a whiteboard on the wall and dry erase markers are available.
• A TV cart and flip chart can can be booked at no extra cost.
• The booking calendar only offers 2 hour increments. If you want more time please click “Book Now” and make a note in the comments section. We’ll confirm the details via email.

Our Lounge

Our lounge area can seat 9 to 10 people on couches and chairs. The space has been used for group art-making hangouts, casual board meetings, film viewings and even a Fringe Festival performance with 40 attendees.We offer the Lounge Space for meetings between the hours of 5pm and 9pm.

Due to constraints in our booking system these hours will not show up on the booking calendar, so please choose an eight hour slot on the day you are interested in and we’ll confirm details via email….

Our Kitchen

We offer our kitchen space for breakfast meetings between the hours of 7am and 9am.

Semi-Private Desk

• Semi-Private Desk can be rented for $25 per day.
• There are actually two desks in each space if you wish to bring along a colleague.
• Wifi, printer and kitchen use included.
• Daily renters may be able to use bookable rooms if they are not otherwise booked.

Semi-Private Studio or Office

• Semi-Private Studio or Office can be rented monthly for $180+tax.
• Each space is about 10′ by 8′ and can fit two desks comfortably.
• To book on a month-to-month basis please complete the application found here.
• Monthly tenants have 24/7 access to the space and free use of the other bookable spaces.
