TRAIN will provide 50 online workshops in seven distinct learning streams, specifically for arts workers and artists who want to stay in the sector and to help build an equitable working environment. Each of the learning streams is based in Mass Culture research:
Anti-harassment
Equitable evaluation
Ethical community arts-based practices
Emerging governance models
Civic engagement
Government relations
Artists rights
Workshops take place October 2022 through March 2023, live and asynchronous, and delivered in English, French, and ASL.
